Return items must be in unused, unworn and unwashed condition. The HQ will waited till the return item from the customers arrived to the HQ and then the new item will be posted by the HQ a day after (depends on stock availability). Shipping cost for the return and new will be borne by the HQ.
Kindly check your body measurement carefully before adding to cart, any change of mind is not applicable. Please note that our policy is "NO REFUNDABLE/NO EXCHANGABLE". Due to lighting/monitor calibrations color may vary slightly from the picture. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible. Please also note due to the nature of manufacturing, all lengths stated are approximate and variations of/up to 1 inch may occur.

Changes in size, design or color will permitted. Customers have to make sure the measurement of every part of the body fit the measurement of the given sizing chart because HQ does not entertain any exhange due to sizing mistake by customers.
